DESCRIPTION

Set on the outskirts of the Streatham Campus in tranquil green surroundings, Kay House benefits from multiple event spaces under one roof.

Refurbished in recent years, the University’s state-of-the-art music facility is an incredibly versatile venue. The building includes five big event spaces, each holding between 80 and 200 people.

The combination of layout and equipment provided make this venue perfect for a variety of events - Arts groups such as music and dance, Training days and seminars, local interest and community group meetings and celebrations such as birthday parties, Christenings or BBQs.

Kay House is also home to a number of Grand Pianos, a large band practice room and a sound studio for recording live events. It can be used for rehearsals and live performances and staging is available upon request. This venue space truly has everything covered, including The Colonnade Chamber Room which has been designed to mimic a church-like acoustic environment.
