Food and Drink

Here at the University of Exeter we are committed to improving our daily practises and strive to lead meaningful action against the current climate emergency. Our in-house catering team is no exception to the rule and works tirelessly to find ways to reduce the impact on our vulnerable planet.

We understand that food and drink plays a huge role in the success of any event. By creating innovative menus and working with responsible suppliers, we believe we can reduce our environmental impact without jeopardising the quality of your dining experience.

Our Sustainable Food Policy is a live document and the foundation on which we build our sustainable catering practises.
