Reception is located on Level Four of F block. Open 8am – 11pm. Contact 01392 722330 (for queries out of these hours, contact Estate Patrol on 01392 723999)
Breakfast - If applicable, breakfast is served from 7.30am – 9.30am in the dining room, located in Block F on the ground floor. Room only guests can book for breakfast at reception for an additional charge.
Pennsylvania Court
Reception is located on the Ground Floor of Lopes Hall. Open 7.30am – 8.00pm. Contact 01392 725286 (for queries out of these hours, contact Estate Patrol on 01392 723999)
Breakfast - If applicable, breakfast is served from 7.30am – 9.30am in Lopes Dining Room
Check out Time is 10am. Please return your keys to reception. If reception is closed when you leave, please put your keys in the drop box. Should you mistakenly go home with your keys, please return by post within 7 working days from the end of your stay, otherwise a charge will be made.
Looking to extend your stay? Please check availability with reception staff, prior to departure time. Where stays are extended we will endeavor to ensure the same room is available where possible.
Left property found in bedrooms will be handed in at the reception desk. This can be collected or returned to you at your expense.

Your Comfort
Cleaning - Your room will be serviced daily, unless you place the ‘do not disturb’ hanger on the outside of your door.
Refreshments - All rooms include complementary Fairtrade tea and coffee with top-ups available from reception.
Mini fridges - Are included in all rooms.
Towels and toiletries – in an effort to reduce environmental impact, soap is provided as standard in guest bedrooms. Hair and body wash is available from the Reception team, should you prefer. We ask that you please place used towels that need laundering on the floor and switch off the towel rail when not in use.

TV Lounge is located opposite the reception desk in the bar lounge area.
Laundry facilities are available. Laundry cards are available at reception.
Maintenance - If for any reason you are not satisfied with your room or if there is a maintenance fault, please speak to a member of the Reception team, who will be happy to help.

Your Safety
In the event of a serious emergency or accident, call 999. For all other incidents, please call our 24-hour security service, Estate Patrol on 01392 729999.
Fire Safety – instructions regarding emergency fire exit procedures can be found on the back of your bedroom door. Details of weekly fire alarm tests are available from reception.
Security - Rooms do not automatically lock, so guests are advised to ensure that accommodation is securely locked and that no valuables are left unattended. The University cannot accept responsibility for loss of or damage to personal property or vehicles.
No Smoking and Behaviour Policy - Please do not smoke or vape in any of our accommodation buildings and be considerate to other guests and our staff by being respectful and keeping noise to a minimum.
Damage - Guests will be expected to pay for any damage caused during their stay, including smoking or vaping in the room.
