Have a laugh at Exeter Comedy Club

The fantastic Exeter comedy club returns this autumn, at the Exeter Corn Exchange. Although the line-up hasn’t been announced yet, you can be sure to be seeing some of the up-and-coming stars on the UK comedy scene. What’s more, you can pay a bit more and get a pizza included in your ticket price! A truly great way to spend an evening, grab a couple of friends, and enjoy a hilarious show!

Topsham Saturday Market

Is there a better way to spend a Saturday morning than wandering leisurely around a food market, in one of the prettiest villages in Devon? Topsham is ideally located only 5 miles from Exeter, so well-served by public transport and a lovely walk along the estuary for those wanting a bit more of a challenge (or walk off the food!) You’ll discover a whole host of things available at the market, from fresh and delicious produce to jewellery, paintings, plants, and books, all of which are produced locally and with love and care. Starting at 8.30am and running until 1.30pm from Saturday 24th October, every Saturday until the end of the year, it’s the ideal place to start your Christmas shopping early!

Walk the Exeter Green Circle

Now that the beautiful (but sometimes unbearable!) summer heat has subsided, autumn is the perfect time to get outdoors and walk all or part of the Exeter Green Circle. 12 miles long, it is made up of 5 sections which range from lush countryside valley parks to suburbs and riverside walking. Take in all the autumnal colours as you wind your way around the circumference of Exeter, for there are some truly wonderful views along the way. Check out the map here to find out more information about access.
