Coronavirus (COVID-19) update (last updated 19/3/2020)
As of Tuesday 17th March, in accordance with government advice, the University of Exeter has asked all non-essential staff, including Event Exeter staff, to work from home for the foreseeable future.
The team can still be contacted and at this time we ask, if you do have a query, please in the first instance contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
Current event bookings
Sadly, as it stands all Event Exeter bookings on campus, up to and including 31st May 2020 will be cancelled. The current advice is that after this date all events will continue and we will keep you updated of this as things progress.
Over the coming days, your dedicated Event Sales Specialist will be in touch to discuss the options for your event booking.
Current accommodation bookings
All Easter bookings at Holland Hall will be cancelled with a full refund and you will receive notification of this in due course. As it stands we are still offering accommodation during the summer period if you wish to transfer your booking.
The University have announced that Summer Graduation Ceremonies 2020 have been cancelled. If you wish to cancel an accommodation booking during Graduation week (Sunday 12th – Friday 17th July 2020 inclusive), we will refund the full amount for your booking, regardless of the booking terms.
Bookings made directly via our website - Please contact a member of the Event Exeter team in the first instance.
Bookings made via a third party site - Please cancel directly with the provider. If your booking was a non-refundable booking via a third party site, please contact a member of the Event Exeter team, quoting your booking reference number, who will be able to authorise a refund with the relevant provider.
Please do not hesitate to contact the team on email@example.com, should you have any further questions.
We send you all the best for the coming months and hope that we can all get back on track soon.
