Meeting Venue Options
Seating up to 1400 delegates, the Great Hall is the largest of our meeting venues. The Forum next door features a state-of-the-art auditorium for over 400 and a suite of seminar rooms alongside, perfect for breakout space or workshops.
Many of our venues offer exhibitions space, providing space not only for supplier showcasing or abstract viewing, but also giving delegates the chance to network whilst viewing an exhibition, perhaps during a refreshment break or lunch.
Reed Hall, with its selection of ornate meeting rooms, is our all year round venue, which never fails to charm. An Italianate mansion, sympathetically preserved, sits nestled within botanical gardens and is quite the location for delegates to convene.
All meeting rooms are equipped with comprehensive AV and IT resources, with technical support if required.
Last but not least, food. We know that feeding your delegates can be the key to success. Whether it’s a short stop for refreshments, a working lunch or a complete break for a 3 course lunch, our in-house chefs can cater for your requirements. Menus can always be tailored to fit your needs.
